How do I enrol in a course? +
Click "Enrol now" on any course page. You will be prompted to create a free account (or sign in), then complete payment for paid courses. Free courses are instantly accessible.
Can I access course recordings after the live session? +
Yes. All live sessions are recorded and uploaded to your classroom within 24 hours. You have lifetime access to all recordings for courses you are enrolled in.
Are courses available in Urdu? +
Many courses are taught in both English and Urdu, or Urdu only. The language is displayed on each course page.
Do I receive a certificate? +
Yes, for paid courses that include a certificate. You receive a digital certificate upon completing all lessons and any required assessments.
What is your refund policy? +
We offer a 7-day refund on paid courses if you have watched fewer than 3 lessons. Contact us at info@ilmgate.com to request a refund.

What payment methods do you accept? +
